New Industrialisation Funding Scheme (NIFS) - Innovation and Technology Fund

New Industrialisation Funding Scheme (NIFS) (renamed from Re-industrialisation Funding Scheme effective from 25 October 2023) aims to subsidise manufacturers to set up new smart production lines in Hong Kong.​

Pilot Manufacturing and Production Line Upgrade Support Scheme ("Manufacturing+") - Innovation and Technology Fund

Launched in November 2025, the Pilot Manufacturing and Production Line Upgrade Support Scheme (Manufacturing+) aims to support enterprises carrying out manufacturing operations or running production lines in Hong Kong to formulate smart production strategies and introduce advanced technologies into their existing manufacturing operations or production lines.

New Industrialisation Acceleration Scheme (NIAS) - Innovation and Technology Fund

Launched in September 2024, the New Industrialisation Acceleration Scheme (NIAS) aims to provide funding support for enterprises engaging in industries of strategic importance (i.e. life and health technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and data science, and advanced manufacturing and new energy technologies) to set up new smart production facilities in Hong Kong.
